Nike's Consumer Digital Technology group is looking for a Senior Web Analytics Product Manager who has hands on experience with the Omniture suite of products, including SiteCatayst, to provide technical product management for the measurement and analysis of the Nike web sites across the globe.  This candidate will work with other product managers on projects of moderate to large scope with heavy interaction with our engineering and analytics teams.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
·         Work closely with web analytics teams in eCommerce, Brand, and Digital Sport to capture Omniture tracking requirements for new sites and landing pages, eliciting key business questions that need to be answered with tracking.
 
·         Translate those requirements into Omniture solution design specifications for both internal and third-party development teams.
 
·         Work closely with the development teams to implement and troubleshoot Omniture web analytics tracking code. Drive implementation of tag management and auditing tools.
 
·         Document a detailed test plan and user test websites during code launches to ensure tracking is implemented to requirements, that Omniture code is firing as expected and expected metrics are being captured correctly in Omniture Site Catalyst.  Managing use of web auditing solutions.

Qualifications

Knowledge of and experience with web analytics and measurement technologies and coding specifically for Omniture Site Catalyst. Other examples are possible, as in: WebTrends, Visual Sciences, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Omniture Discover and Insights.
 
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
 
Strong business communication skills.
 
Manage time well, correctly prioritizing tasks and work with minimal direction in a fast paced team environment in multiple locations supporting both internal and external customers.
 
Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player.
 
Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner. Self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
