At Nike Air Manufacturing in Portland, Oregon, Lucas C. is a production trainer onboarding new talent. Whether it’s running safety and process presentations, or supporting employees as they learn the ropes, Lucas enjoys working collaboratively both at work and on the court.

Out of all the fitness activities he participates in, he feels that Basketball has taught him the most about how to be present and flexible throughout his career. Making time for a game with his coworkers informs how he approaches working in a team and communicating effectively with everyone he assists.
