? Both Mid-term and long-term demand planning, 24 month rolling plan.
? Lead standard S&OP process and report constrained forecast to management
? Provide report to Sales, Customer Service & Logistics Management Team
? Closely work with supply planning & customer service team to ensure the supply, minimize stock to improve service level
? Closely work with finance, marketing, Trade marketing and field sales team for continuously forecast accuracy improvement
? Project to enhance demand planning process and accuracy
? Reliable and timely analysis and communication to provide optional business and custom support
? The key KPIs of this position are Customer fulfill rate, Sales forecast accuracy & write-off.
? Bachelor degree or above
? 10+ years planning experience, 6+ years on demand planning, deep knowledge of demand planning, FMCG industry preferred
? Good command on both oral and written English
? Effective cross function communication skills, need to communicate with sales, marketing
? Ability to handle of complexity
? Strong judgement, decisive with good conflict management, Strong planning kills, High analysis & reporting ability
? Business process orientated – able to view total Supply Chain and build optimal process
? Good understanding of current/ongoing systems and technologies
