WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We need an experienced Product Director to join our consumer data team. You are a natural born leader with strong, hands-on management experience working in a dynamic business environment. You love to ask questions, are continually learning and always looking for opportunities to share knowledge with others, above all your are curious & have an open mindset. Your experience helps you prioritize and overcome blockers and guide the work of others on your team.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As Director, you’ll define and communicate the Program vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment to company strategies in an agile way. You’ll define Epics, handle and prioritize the Program backlog on an ongoing basis and above all set the direction for the engineering team. You’ll ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and the business environment to craft valuable solutions. You also will ensure Program priorities have necessary funding and review the cost of accepted features including vendors we might use in this space.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with customers to understand current and future customer needs, define features, resolve success criteria, validate solutions and evaluate customer happiness. You will work with key partners to build an effective Product Manager/Product Owner team, and to define Features and Epics. You’ll also collaborate with Release Management to determine the optimum release strategy and Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery to customers.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelors Degree in related field, MBA is preferred

- 10+ years of experience in building products related to consumer data.

- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools

- Advanced understanding of Agile principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture

- Deep knowledge of the relation between business process and the Products in the Program

- Above all candidate needs to be curious and have a growth mindset to approaching work and technical problem solving
