WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike's Partner Go-to-Market team is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the vision and creation of B2B e-commerce capabilities that fuel our digital partner experiences worldwide. We need a collaborative member who has a passion for solving problems with technology and crafting premium experiences that remove friction and deliver value to our customers. Our B2B platform is the foundation upon which we are building the future for the way we do business with all our partners around the globe.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Senior Product Manager, you will handle the creation of superior digital experiences for customers worldwide. This role will focus on the product vision and strategy, handling the end-to-end lifecycle of features, and help identify market opportunities. You will define and execute a roadmap and product priorities based on a deep understanding of customer needs, insights, and in-depth data analysis.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Working within a larger product team, you will be a leader who effectively rallies teams around a shared vision, influences partners, and achieves business objectives. This role will focus on working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers. You will define product requirements, implement the product vision/plan, and develop the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Above all, you will be a constant champion for the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Product lifecycle management: Leads the end-to-end execution and delivery of a large-scale customer experience. Works with resources across the organization from design to delivery to launch. Owns and drives the Vision, Strategy, Roadmap, and Product Backlog. Handles delivery challenges and defines rollout strategies. Makes thoughtful decisions on the fly, constantly clearing roadblocks to get your product live. Accountable for measurement, planning, and ongoing enhancements of feature(s).
  • Analytics and Experimentation: Define product metrics and perform sophisticated analyses to strengthen product insights and data-backed product decisions. Create and implement multivariate experiments/tests to find the efficient product solutions.
  • Opportunity Assessments: Build detailed business cases for new features and product improvements that use data, market, and customer insights. Clearly define desired outcomes for all new product features and improvements.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional Engineering, Design, Program Management, and Operations teams throughout the development process to bring your product to life. Removes obstacles and helps the team navigate and align the organization to optimize success.
  • Prioritization: Set clear/measurable objectives and deploys team resources appropriately to achieve business goals.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experienced product manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of digital product management experience.
  • Proven success stories of launching scalable technology platform features with meaningful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success working with various cross-functional, internal, and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction.
  • Outstanding data analysis skills with supporting examples of using metrics in all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Shown ability to develop effective product specifications, including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements.
  • Can effectively communicate product requirements to engineering, architecture, and design teams.
  • Results focused with the ability to anticipate needs, innovate, multi-task. Forward-thinking and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication style that compels others to action across the company.
  • Collaborative, upbeat, and hands-on teammate.
  • Ability to work in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with e-commerce is strongly preferred.
  • BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
