WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role helps build and drive the Marketing Plan priority seasonal stories across the full ecosystem of paid, owned and earned channels inclusive of Direct digital, retail and connected partners including new paid Media Partnerships. It defines the Strategy (outcomes and member journey across the ecosystem), Offers (“what” is being marketed in each campaign) and scope based on budget to achieve specific brand engagement and business outcomes on behalf of the Consumer Construct Business and in service to the athlete* - both the parent and the kid. Examples include Brand Moment Campaigns, Product Launches, Member Loyalty Programs, and Metaverse experiences. This role is accountable for key Kids Consumer Marketing KPI’s for their respective Kids full-funnel scorecards – Reach, Traffic, Acquisition, Consumer/Member Engagement, & C/S/R Marketing return on investment. We are looking for an individual who can drive brand and business with the parent consumer while bringing an imaginative approach to how we engage with kids.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will be reporting to the Sr, Director CDM Kids while partnering with Construct Brand Management and Brand Defining, purpose, athlete teams. You lead a team reporting into you consisting of Sr Managers and Specialists. Partner with Construct management and Brand Defining, Purpose, Athletes to translate Concepts into Marketing strategy and journeys to drive and integrated marketing plan with specific critical metrics. Driving an integrated marketing plan inclusive of marketing strategy, consumer journeys and execution planning across Direct digital, retail and connected partners including new paid Media Partnerships. You will then work cross-functionally to bring the integrated marketing plan to life partnering with the Consumer Direct Creative Studio, CDSci teams for analytics and measurement and Geos to meet adoption and publishing important metrics across strategy and content.

Who you will work with

You will be reporting to the Sr Director in CDM. You manage a team reporting into you consisting of Sr Managers, Specialists and brand operations. Partner with Construct management and Brand Defining, Purpose, Athletes to translate Concepts into Marketing strategy and journeys to drive and coordinated marketing plan with specific critical metrics. You will then work cross-functionally to bring the coordinated marketing plan including partnering with the Consumer Direct Creative Studio, CDSci teams for analytics and measurement and Geos to meet adoption and publishing critical metrics across strategy and content.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • BA/BS Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 8-10+ years of work experience in digital and/or retail marketing or related field
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics across key channels including digital apps, email, .com experiences, paid media, and retail/stores
  • Consistent record leading and carrying out cohort-based, multi-channel marketing strategies, ideally for Kid and Parent consumer segments across a global view
  • Experience leading and developing teams to drive consumer growth, while encouraging a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Outstanding leadership skills to influence functional teams and large cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using art and science to advise plans and decision making
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics standard methodologies and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions
  • Experience working in Agile processes, a plus
