The Global Consumer construct (Mens/Womens/Kids) is the Global Marketing function responsible for unlocking our ability to serve the athlete* holistically across the spectrum of performance & lifestyle.

Our goal is to know & serve athletes* motivations & needs, so we can unlock the power of sport for every athlete*. The consumer construct will facilitate focus on where we have the biggest growth potential - Women & Kids. We will fuel engagement through long-term consumer concepts & seasonal stories to help make sport* a daily habit.

We drive authenticity through our key dimensions (e.g. Basketball, Football, Running, Classics) while creating the agility needed to serve the broadening definition of Sport* across both the lifestyle & performance segments.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Global Brand Management Sr. Director of Fitness.

This role is for the Worldwide leader of Fitness brand management for Nike globally. You will drive the strategic brand vision and direction of the Holistic Fitness Dimension across the entire consumer construct. Leads & drives the team that develops concepts against content, community, activity & product across dimension/gender in partnership with the Creative & Product Teams, co-ordinating and collaborating across Global and Geography teams to drive impact, efficiency and alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Global Brand Management Sr Director of Fitness, you will:

Establish and drive culture of leadership and mentorship across your direct and extended team.

Partner with the Sr. Director of Men’s & Women’s Sport Performance to define the comprehensive 3-5 year strategy and create key consumer journeys/stories across Holistic Fitness priorities.

Lead the development of the annual brand plan for the segment/dimension/concepts in partnership with Mens/Womens/Kids teams.

Partner with product merchandising to support product positioning, navigation and naming.

Serve as an expert within the Men’s/Women’s/Kids construct on the fitness consumer and partner closely with the consumer insights team to identify insights to action on.

Work in partnership with the Women’s Global Consumer Marketing lead to inform seasonal marketing for key seasonal stories - Co-ordinating across teams to drive efficiency + alignment.

Lead upstream strategic (CODE) gate deliverables for the dimensions (e.g. SL/GGP)

Shepherd the strategic and creative processes to empower team to drive impact.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the Global Brand Management Sr. Director for Fitness, you will report directly into the Global Women’s Sr. Director of Sport Performance, and indirectly into the Global Men’s Sr. Director of Sport Performance.

You will lead a team of Global Brand Directors, Managers and Specialists, who alongside you, will collectively build the future of Holistic Fitness through a unified plan.

You will collaborate with teammates across the Nike Consumer construct in the Mens, Womens and Kids team, to build a more comprehensive approach to serve Athletes* more holistically.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.10+ Years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, deep understanding of Media and Digital platforms. Global perspective/experience. Proven ability to drive and deliver results. Proven ability to collaborate, to build, develop and inspire teams.
