Digital Product Creation (DPC) fuels product innovation and craft by using the power of modern technologies, skills, tools and talent.

The DPC Apparel Production Studio community is the foundation and support of the Apparel Product image creation process at Nike. Image Artists will bring to life the seasonal category creative narrative through outstanding and innovative image creation. As an Image Artist, you have a diverse set of skills and passion for creative and technical work. In the Image Artist Production Studio you will be working to a high level of expertise and collaborating in a creative environment, supporting and challenging each other while crafting outstanding work.

Our best image artists have a passion for efficiencies, are highly organized, and savvy with a breadth of 2D tools while eager to dive into the evolution of 3D asset management. They are excellent problem solvers and collaborators who are enthusiastic about immersive technologies.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will use both your technical abilities and workload management skills to maintain consistency across seasonal product by using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. In an Image Artist for Content Standards role, we provide tools and resources to our partners in AP and FTW Product Creation.

Responsibilities
  • Experienced in Adobe CC libraries & Creative Suite.
  • Individual workload management within project management tool.
  • Maintenance of Nike image standards – graphic schematics, asset libraries and color libraries.
  • Creation and maintenance of cloud based assets; BOX, CC Libraries and distribution/governing of these assets.
  • Think creatively in the process and innovation space, exploratory asset creation to bring 2D and 3D assets to scale and deliver within our AP IA Studio.
  • Peer communication within the Apparel Image Production Studio.
  • Attend studio team meetings, maintain Quality Control of your own files and help with studio peer QC, delivery of detailed communications to product creation partners.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

In working with our 2D & 3D Digital Creation team, you will partner to complete project based tasks to complete seasonal work. Both teams work within our project management tool to complete and maintain all of Nike’s Apparel imagery. You will also collaborate with other Studio Image Artists to provide support in various areas of Nike product.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
  • Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Experienced with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in CLO, V-Stitcher, Modo, and/or Adobe substance preferred
  • Knowledge of color, print and production of graphics
  • Quality control of imagery in a high-volume production environment
  • Technical skills within automation, scripts and CC Libraries
  • Knowledge of both 2D and 3D working environments
  • Passion for the Nike brand
