WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re currently looking for a Production Artist, to support all GSA (Global Sports Apparel) sport dimensions. Our team works on highly visible product across sports and professional leagues at Nike, which includes the Olympics, Track & Field, Golf, Tennis, Global Football, NBA, NFL, MLB, and NCAA. This is where sport, design and culture meet and where we are redefining apparel for both athletes and fans.
  • Create and maintain 100% accurate schematics and PR’s
  • Become a trusted resource within the team on apparel applications and trims
  • Facilitate the Seasonal Color Process
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment
  • Assist with presentation/meeting tools as needed
  • Support and Leverage Digital Enablement. Support and evangelize all creative tools that advance the design agenda
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships and be a positive influence
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, respond in a timely fashion and ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment
  • Outreach - go out of your way to connect, communicate, and interact with our related “Triad” functions - Design, Product Management and Development
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON The Production Artist and team will support Design to create and finalize graphics details across multiple levels of product from on athlete to retail using 2D and 3D tools to communicate intent. This role will be inspired and challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences across sports. A typical day could include many cross functional discussions, schematic creation and handoffs, as well as maintain the tools that bring product to life. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be working with multiple teams across multiple sport dimensions, development and operations to help support seasonal category apparel product creation. This opportunity will require independent and strong collaborative skills to communicate with your teams and meet project deadlines across all Global Sports Apparel.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Experience with graphic design, illustration, and page layout software in a team or production environment
  • Excellent organizational and people skills
  • Passion for design, creative problem solving, and collaboration
  • Flexibility and adaptability around new projects and processes
  • Extensive knowledge of the following applications: Adobe CC Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
  • 3D apparel programs such as Lotta and Clo a plus
  • Smartsheet and Miro experience a plus
