Reporting to Nike Membership Senior Director, this is a vital role responsible for Nike Greater China’s NikePlus (Nike+) Membership strategic development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of short- and long-term business strategies and market initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Development & Performance Management: Coordinate the process of developing strategic initiatives and objectives for the current year and the 3-year Strategic Plan at the Geography Level, partnership with Global membership team and co-work with GC business units/functions to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated; Work across functionally to align the areas we really want to focus and set some goals. Strong insight analysis and good language expression ability to help team drive the key focus and figure out the barriers.

Business Planning Process & Project Management: Coordinate major planning process milestones and deliverables, seek opportunities to ensure the process, standards and frameworks optimization. Drive overall NikePlus business planning process in which all gates and dates are clearly understood and that result in all Corporate planning deliverables being met. Provide project management support to cross-functional teams and manage special projects of strategic importance to Nike membership program business growth and profitability.

Marketplace & Consumer Analysis: Provide research and analytical support for strategic initiatives and special projects related to marketplace growth. Work independently to design and lead research projects related to NikePlus Awareness, member experience, member benefit, market trends, consumer profiles, and competitive intelligence. Direct and execute analysis and due diligence for new business opportunities. Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies.
REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor Degree holder with 8+ years of consulting firm experience
* Experienced CRM / Digital Marketing projects in Greater China
* PMO experience, and well versed in leading and orchestrating multiple complex projects with multiple internal and external parties
* Manage matrix structure, ability to work with business partners, business engagement
* Strategic thinking, drive the future, champion and embrace change
* A down-to-earth and solution-oriented character. Able to be hands-on whenever necessary.
* Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese
* Drive and can-do attitude is key
