JOB DESCRIPTION

As one DSM Intern, you'll work closely with analytics, forecast the future needs of the athlete - ensuring the right products get to consumers at the right time, in the right quantities, while balancing investments in Nike’s largest financial asset, our end to end inventory.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred experience on planning or data analysis related field,

Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
*

Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
*

Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
*

Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business

* Proven ability to seek information and problem solve
* Must have authorization to work in China

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*

Degree of Statistics is preferred; experience in consumer goods, retail or sports is preferred
*

Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred
*

Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products or other multi-national firms
