We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with a successful track record of identifying, engaging and closing candidates across all levels, one who takes action and is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As Talent Acquisition Manager for Nike’s Global Sourcing & Manufacturing (GSM) organisation across Asia Pacific, you will develop recruitment strategies to help develop large proactive pipelines to serve the needs of our global business partners. Key deliverables for this role include developing sustainable strategies that will drive world-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. You’ll consult with your business segment to drive talent attraction campaigns and employ innovative search strategies to attract top passive technical talent. Consult with General Managers, Directors, and Hiring Managers as the expert on candidate market trends, compensation recommendations and interviewing best practices.
Important to this role is mapping talent, identifying candidate trends and innovating on process efficiencies. You'll provide subject matter expertise on Nike's recruitment processes and champion changes in process or philosophy. You'll utilize talent market insights and data to inventively engage, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities.
Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Nike’s most important asset - its people!
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You'll report to the APLA Talent Acquisition Director and sit in Singapore with your colleagues who support Talent Acquisition across Nike's Asia Pacific corporate and retail organisations. You’ll maximise partnerships with Nike talent acquisition teammates across University Relations, Sourcing, Talent Attraction and Engagement and you'll work hand-in-hand with local and Global GSM TA leaders, business leadership and HR business partners.
* Bachelor's degree. Minimum two years' additional experience in lieu of a degree.
* Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience. Experience in recruitment for manufacturing and sourcing talent highly preferred.
* Experience developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioural and competency based interviewing and offer negotiation.
* Hunter-experience using innovative approaches to attract passive talent.
* Experience in business facing recruitment methodologies.
* Working knowledge of advanced Boolean techniques.
* Experience working in a corporate business environment, supporting a business looking for niche top talent in a highly competitive market.
