WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who will be part of NIKE Trading Company (NTC)’s Supply Chain Operations team based in Singapore. This role reports to the NIKE Trading Company’s Operations Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will be responsible for the timely availability of materials to customers’ requested delivery dates through comprehensive order and delivery management with efficient customer service.
-Engage internal and external stakeholders in bringing initiatives to life.
-Lead or participate in cross-functional teams in Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions with clear communication
-Present issues, proposals, results to team and management level audience
-May lead pilot/initiative validation, User Acceptance Test, System Integration Testing.
-Drive service standards for internal/external customers and drives opportunities for improvement
-Deliver clarity to factories’ changing requirements, optimizing shipments to orders, to support matching of overall supply to demand
-Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and automation for operational efficiencies
-Execute and manage commitments through creation of purchase orders, shipments, goods receipt and shipping documents
-Maintenance of concise records for performance review, reports and audit; advocate for Controls & Compliance
-Documentation of process flows, work instructions and fact sheets for proper Controls & Compliance and sustainability
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will work closely with internal stakeholders in World Headquarters (WHQ) global business teams, technical support teams and NTC cross functions based in Singapore/WHQ; external stakeholders from Tier 1 factories, raw material vendors and logistics service providers
-Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Operation with at least a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain.
-Working knowledge in SAP across Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM). Familiarity demand and/or supply planning in an operations capacity preferred
-Familiarity and demonstrated aptitude with process automation and related capabilities eg RPA/API/Microsoft Flow will be a plus
-Strong experience in business analytics suites eg Tableau/Alteryx or others BI preferred
-Team player and able across global teams with diverse background
-Articulate and eloquent. Good presentation skills and communicates effectively
-Dynamic and entrepreneurial, able to drive/lead and supervise small teams and projects
-Independent, excellent time management and able to juggle responsibilities maintaining performance standards with minimal supervision.
-Comfortable and navigate well in ambiguous operating environment and expectations
-Meticulous to transactions, reports and documents
-Excellent MsOffice software suites and report generation.
