Embedded in teams across the company, strategy professionals explore complex business issues; conduct consumer, competitive and market analyses; create financial models and develop action plans. The Strategic Planning teams help write the future of sport by charting Nike’s path forward.

The mission of the role will be planning Nike Store Partners (NSP) business for Chile & Uruguay, based on consumer demand. The goal is to find the best balance between Retail sales, margin, receipt, and inventory to deliver profitable and sustainable growth for Nike and our Partners.

What will you work on?

If this is you, you’ll be working with the NSP team and the broader Merchandise Financial Planning team to build and drive multi-season Merchandise Financial Plans for the accounts. You will set long range financial plans for the account across both G2N and S&S based on consumer demand and account strategies in alignment with the Consumer Architecture. Your top-down financial targets will advise franchise/style plans, financial forecasts, and end-to-end inventory forecasts. You’ll reconcile forecasts and communicate results & impacts with cross-functional and leadership teams.
* Develop retail sales, margin, receipt, and inventory plan for Nike Stores for Chile & Uruguay.
* Determine and manage monthly (rolling 6 seasons) top-down business plans (considering sales, margin, receipts, and inventory) across Gender and Business Unit to inform Franchise/Style plans, Financial Forecasts and E2E Inventory Forecasts
* Identify potential opportunities and/or risks in the business against sales and inventory plans. Develop actionable recommendations for execution, considering input from key stakeholders in the plans.
* Drive collaboration with cross-functional team to build strategies aimed to maximize consumer demand.
What’s required?
* Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related field
* Advanced English level (exclusive)
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (exclusive).
* Experience in planning in similar positions (2 years min). E-commerce experience is preferred.
* Strong analytic and communication skills, proactivity, cross-team collaboration skills and autonomy.
