Nike Direct is a strategic focus and the growth engine for Nike, Inc. Nike Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM) under Nike Direct brings abundant marketing capabilities to the strategic areas. As a marketing member, you will be part of the efforts to bring best-in-class personalized brand experiences to life under the vision of making sport a daily habit.

As one of the key functions under CDM digital, the vision of 365 product marketing is to empower digital business with the platform-led product storytelling rooted from GC consumer insights, at their speed. We are looking for mature talents that have strong passion in sport and also in digital marketing and digital business.

In this role, you will be a part of the team that creates premium and impactful digital content and journeys, not limited to traditional ones, also have the chance to pilot the new ways of digital marketing such as short-form videos and livestreaming. You will be one of the key drivers to know and participate in crafting the creative content from an initial thought to launch on the market.


Livestreaming (80%):
* In partnership with both Digital Business and Brand Management teams on seasonal Livestream programing planning
* Lead the execution by working with internal cross functional teams and external agencies/communities/KOLs
* Support on long-term livestream strategy building
* Optimize working process to ensure a smooth & healthy operation model
* Monitor executions, facilitate feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings

365 Story local content creation (20%):
* Assist in regular content creation brief based on consumer insight/market trend/product and execution follow ups
* Lead the launch journey with biz & platform teams, maximize the communication impact by collaborating with social/targeted comms/paid media teams
* Monitor executions, facilitate feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings
Development objectives:
* Elevate leadership profile through diverse leadership exposure
* Develop cross-functional management and orchestration skills
* Gain digital marketing experience in such a pioneer operation model cover both brand and biz needs
* Elevate mindset on how to leverage consumer insight and biz trend to develop mkt and biz solutions

* 5+ years working experience in digital marketing or livestream programing & production
* In-depth knowledge of community/KOL/KOC
* Excellent communication skill, comfortable and skillful expressing point of views.
* Strong ability of project management and agency management
* Fast learner
* Spirit of entrepreneurship and teamwork
* Deep understanding of livestreaming and social platforms
* Strong sense of GC consumer insight
* Good data analytical skills
* Good logical and structural thinking, ability to work under pressure
* Passion on explore marketing innovation and content creative format
