NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Will provide technical leadership and best practices to a development team in Beaverton, OR. Will rely on experience with leading developments on high-volume ecommerce sites, Salesforce Custom Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and DevOps practices and other tools to help strengthen and evolve best practices.  Will lead the design and development of technical solutions within the digital space that meet the needs of the business and aligns with architectural and quality standards. Will provide technical leadership to the development team in designing and implementing Salesforce Custom Cloud solutions, including data modelling and handling, integration and performance. Will drive the evolution of development standards related to B2B systems. Will mentor and develop the capabilities of developers on the team. Will analyze business requirements in an effort to design and develop scalable, reliable, and performant solutions. Will identify opportunities for improvement in site performance and work with product team to establish plans to address performance issues. Will collaborate with the product owners and assist with managing stakeholder expectations to ensure prompt and complete customer service. Will travel domestically and internationally five percent or less. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree computer science, information systems, business, electrical and electronics, engineering or management information systems. Experience five years of overall progressive experience in business system analysis or technical analysis. Skills/Requirements:  5 years of experience: (1) data analysis; (2) Oracle; (3) Teradata; (4) SQL; (5) Agile; (6) ETL design, analysis, and modeling; and (7) CRM configuration, analysis, and implementation.
