To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Will lead distributed teams of technical and business people on cutting-edge supply chain solutions to support initiatives which will enable productivity to increase, realize efficiencies and build profitable customer experiences in Beaverton, OR. Will deliver and support the inventory planning and inventory forecasting and optimization product models within a supply chain. Will lead a product team to create new solutions and modifications of existing products. Will work with the latest agile methodologies. Will interpret internal and external business issues and recommend best practices, including practices from across the consumer good industry. Will work in SAP Planning modules, including APO and IBP. Will participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions with the Scrum Master, Product Analysts and application engineers to understand the business vision and create plans and objectives for the upcoming PI. Will be accountable for work captured for the team during the PI on the backlog of work for each iteration delivering value in two week Agile Sprints. Will perform configuration within an SAP APO and SAP IBP software packages. Will lead the work for application engineers to customize SAP to meet business needs. Will lead the integration engineers to develop links between SAP and other systems within the landscape. Will provide Quality Management testing support to all configuration changes and custom enhancements. Will develop automation testing to support the inventory planning and inventory forecasting and optimization product team, including the support of end to end automation tests needed for integrated product teams. Will influence other product teams to produce the successful implementation of end-to-end solutions via an Agile Release Train. Will create technical documentation and system diagrams to document any enhancements to the product. Will orchestrate the demos to the business team for all work delivered at the end of each sprint. Will participate in a retrospective at the end of the PI to determine ways to improve the process. Will act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Will engage in master data management on planning. Will implement data governance policies and procedures. Will have three to six direct subordinates. Will engage in five percent or less domestic and international travel.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or engineering. Experience: seven years of overall progressive experience in large technology implementations. Skills/Requirements:  4 years of experience: ((1) supply chain management and enterprise resource planning; (2) SAP supply chain management with Attribute Based Planning and SAP AFS; (3) SAP APO and SAP IBP; (4) Oracle PL /SQL; (5) designing business process and technical solutions; (6) working in a retail and apparel organization and enhancing the supply chain efforts within the area of information technology; (7) working cross-functionally to review business challenges and develop and deliver solutions that increase efficiency and business value; (8) Agile methodology; (9) implementing data governance policies and procedures; and (10) master data management.
