Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Responsible for all product realization including the planning and evolution of product(s) lines. Accountable for the profitability of the business. Apply in-depth knowledge to provide long term vision and framework to seasonal line plans. Responsible for cross-functional teams working together to deliver product. Accountable for the overall accuracy of the data management system. Represent team at key product creation meetings. Develop or participate in business planning, budgeting, performance targets, and strategic planning. Manage team and set team and individual goals that align with department and function goals. Coach staff, create opportunities for staff development, make hiring decisions, and drive performance management, recognition and rewards. Develop team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance. Up to 15 % international travel required.
Employer will accept Master’s degree in Marketing Communications or Management and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
- MMX software;
- Apparel product development and design;
- Project management, including defining project priorities and scheduling project deadlines;
- Product strategy and product management;
- Textile and trims;
- Translation of Consumer, Sales, and Marketplace Insights into strategy;
- Sales Data Analytics;
- Financial analysis, financial modeling, or financial operations projects;
- Presentation of financial data to relevant shareholders, such as senior management;
- Web research and online advertising;
- Information gathering, information retrieval, statistical analysis, and qualitative analysis; and
- Operations planning, supply chain management, sales planning, and market analysis.
