NIKE IHM, Inc. d/b/a Air Manufacturing Innovation Beaverton, OR. Ensure that technology programs satisfy the business needs of internal and external users. Duties include: define and communicate Program vision and roadmap; ensure alignment to company strategies and business case/ROI development; define Epics, manage and prioritize the Program backlog on an ongoing basis; work with stakeholders to define Features from Epics; work to understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction; provide oversight of strategy, technical, and transition management aspects; analyze and communicate customer adoption, performance, time to market, quality and other metrics to stakeholders; and ensure program priorities have necessary funding and review cost of accepted features.
Applicant must have a Master’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
- Supply Chain Management Tools such as SAP APO or SAP IBP;
- ERP Systems such as SAP ECC;
- Analytics and Reporting for ERP systems;
- Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning;
- Agile principles and methodologies such as SAFe;
- Manufacturing or Planning environment; and
- APICS certification.
