Nike Finance employees play a key role in that progress by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive value for every Nike shareholder. They manage accounting and reporting for Nike’s multi-billion-dollar global investment portfolio, debt and equity instruments, and other Treasury activities. They strategize, forecast, audit, analyze, budget, research and lead important decisions. Across Nike’s diverse geographies and businesses, Finance employees deliver far more than just the numbers.

Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Create and lead Marketplace transformation strategy for Nike. Plan, execute, sustain, and ensure communication, execution, and ongoing management of Marketplace Transformation executions with key retail partners. Create and service product demand, management and profitability of the sales process. Manage a cross-functional leadership team to ensure success of Nike Marketplace Transformation strategy. Reestablish marketplace by creating new inventory models. Drive test and learn environments for new capabilities and the holistic experience in collaboration with connected Marketplace and other key partners. Ensure return on Investment performance goals are being met. Establish Marketplace transformation scorecard to be implemented and managed for key MPT spaces to ensure profit and productivity. Lead the physical and Online to offline holistic transformation agenda for consumer teams directly from centralized resources. Evolve GTM and category game plan to set up “end in mind” process with Marketplace Transformation enablers. Share best practices beyond identified accounts so as to influence overall marketplace management. Up to 20% international travel required.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business administration or Finance and 8 (eight) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include the following:
