Enterprise leader responsible for creating and driving strategy as it pertains to digital channels: jordan.com/ partner.com and email. The role will develop and drive digital journeys across digital retail, and frameworks that align to an omni-channel approach. The role will balance creativity, while being analytical and results-oriented, helping teams make better informed decisions as it pertains to user experience, conversion, consumer engagement, content, insights and channel enablement capabilities. The role is based in Beaverton, Oregon on the Nike Inc, WHQ campus.
Develop and drive distinctive Jordan Brand product storytelling, leading with strategy and vision, crafting consumer journeys that prioritize Brand initiatives and foundational business drivers across .com and email.
Partner with Digital Brand teams & Store counterparts to develop and drive a seasonal omni-channel approach through an intentional and integrated global Consumer Direct offense.
Utilize web and search optimization to drive qualified traffic.
Map consumer navigation to enhance holistic experiences.
Understand segmentation strategy and best practices for email, driving engagement and conversion.
Partner with Geographies to create seasonal journeys across ,com & email.
Identify and refine target audience(s)/ segmentation through tests and pilots - learning consumer engagement, improving KPIs.
Drive and implement effective search engine optimization strategies.
Able to capture data, formulate insights and articulate verbally/ in writing strategic opportunities, challenges and solutions impacting business.
Stay current on latest digital marketing trends and technologies as well as industry best practice.
Strong verbal communication, and written skills articulated through presentations.
Collaborate and work across multiple stakeholders within a matrix, leading teams, demonstrating alignment and progress.
Enable strategy and teams through via a strong leadership profile and championship behavior.
Focus teams and resources against the stories that matter most.
Primary point of contact for .com and email strategy and execution.
Own and drive the functional “Gameplan” process (end to end seasonal planning and execution)
Inspire, empower & serve Geographies with strategies, tools and guidance focused on enabling
People management and leadership
Key internal partners include Jordan Digital Brand, Jordan Brand Marketing, Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Operations, Merchandising, Sales, Brand Design, Geo marketing and merchandising teams.
Additional matrix partners include Nike Direct Marketing Teams.
External teams include agency partners.
This role is highly dependent on being able to work within and leverage the matrix.

8+ years’ experience in Digital Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, Brand Marketing or similar.
Proven leadership profile as it pertains to talent development and functional competency.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to foundational digital perfection.
Desire to grow digital acumen and equal parts passion for digital marketing.
Problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with creative teams.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment.
