Description
We are seeking a Lead, Global Compensation Market Insights Manager to join the Nike Total Rewards team based in Beaverton, Oregon. This position reports to the Director, Compensation and Market Insights and will be responsible for the success of assigned global compensation programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the end-to-end management of compensation market data analysis, trend forecasting, and business insights.
  • Develop and drive compensation methodology change recommendations and innovations to ensure competitive pay.
  • Lead complex global compensation projects tied to HR and business strategy, including market assessments and job architecture analysis.
  • Build dynamic analytics and reporting capabilities to enable agile compensation consulting and decision making
  • Create user-friendly documentation and tools to enable clarity and consistency of programs.
  • Partner with a diverse group of global stakeholders to assess needs and build capability in managing global compensation activities.
  • Support the Total Rewards change agenda through the development of actionable insights, recommendations, and innovations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of increasing responsibility and experience in global compensation
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred, but not required
  • Very strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling
  • International compensation experience with an understanding of geographic nuance in market data and philosophical differences
  • Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment
  • Story-telling, influence, and advocacy - exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization
