Responsibilities

Air Manufacturing Innovation is undergoing a transformation to strengthen the foundation and elevate our ability to make quick data driven decisions to achieve world class operational excellence.  This includes business efficiency/effectiveness through planning operations with emphasis on customer service digital systems administration, that lead to effective critical cross functional communication to key stakeholders.  The role will support a cross functional team, both internally to  Air MI and Nike Inc, and create a focused, quick and consistent way of providing key information to the customer in a pleasant, consistent professional manner. We have a dynamic and diverse team tasked to complete complex global projects which bring value to the business.  We are looking for a self-starter with new ideas to enhance our team.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Analyzes plans, conducts and/or prepares plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve
  • specific objectives.
  • Advises business groups by providing direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application.
  • Maintains ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Tracks, maintains and provides current information on the operation's business scorecard.
  • Ensures effective and efficient operations through conducting operations analyses (i.e. operational effectiveness and capacity utilization), and recommends improvements.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; applies limited judgment and discretion
  • Responds to standard requests from internal and/or external customers  
  • Ability to maintain high level integrity, remain flexible, results orientated and work productively in a matrix organization
  • Embrace a changing culture


Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principals and concepts           
    • Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs
  • Customer Service Experience Prefered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
