Will provide technical leadership to a team of software application developers delivering business capabilities for Supply Chain, HR, Integration, and Retail groups in Beaverton, OR. Will partner with software solution architects, technical architects, business systems analysts, project managers, and IT management to implement robust software solutions using best practices and delivering high quality products according to business timelines. Will provide software development team leadership, including technical skill development and issue resolution. Will contribute towards performance management, and serve as the internal/external group liaison. Will work in hot skill technologies, including Java, .net, and SAP. Will develop code, configure applications, and define job schedules for high-risk and highly complex requirements. Will install software and software updates for critical systems. Will execute and be responsible for the deployment of code across environments. Will approve and conduct design and code reviews. Will create critical-path, high-risk, advanced and cross-functional technical designs. Will participate and contribute to the architectural footprint, direction, and standards. Will contribute to technical solutions by performing technical analysis and identifying options and solutions. Will contribute to database design and ensure a consistent technical approach. Will perform application support, problem solving and issue resolution with internal and external resources. Will contribute to the RFP process as well as identify technical issues and determining options for issue resolution and risk mitigation. Will define and communicate requirements for technical environments and determine the technical scope for projects. Will create and apply architecture, governance, security, and global process standards to system changes and deployment while establishing, maintaining, and applying coding/configuration standards and best practices. Will conduct performance monitoring and analyze performance against benchmarks. Will analyze business requirements and create performance testing scenarios that ensure application performance meets customer needs. Will review and approve performance test results, recommendations, and tuning results. Will engage in five percent or less domestic and international travel. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering. Experience: six years of overall progressive experience in software design and development. Skills/Requirements6 years of experience(1) design and development of complex enterprise applications connected to SAP through leveraging ABAP/OO ABAP technology standards; (2) UX technologies, including Web Dynpro Java, Web Dynpro ABAP, UI5 and Fiori; (3) SAP Enterprise Portal current release including content/system/user administration, customizations, UWL, upgrades, SSO, KM, Workflow, Business Rules, NWDS and NWDI; (4) deliver robust software solutions following agile development practices, code and design review, performance tuning, end-to-end testing and deployment using SAP change management; (5) provide technical leadership, skill development, and contribute to performance management and issue resolution serving as the internal/external group liaison; (6) manage technical deliverables for multiple projects with competing deadlines and provide application support in HR, Finance, Sales & Distribution and Supply chain domains; and (7) analyze requirements, identify solutions, create suitable wireframes, UX designs, and contribute to architecture adhering to UX guidelines and coding best practices.
