Description: As the Territory Stores Facilities Manager on the Asia Pacific & Latin America Retail Operations and Service Excellence team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and supplies contracts and working with our vendors to deliver premium service to our stores while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, deliver cost savings, and proactively look for sustainable solutions. You will also be leading the execution of maintenance and retrofit projects across the store fleet with store locations in three territories: Mexico, Brazil, SOCO (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay). You will be liaising with and influencing many different key stakeholders from internal departments such as
Operations, Store Construction, Real Estate, Procurement, retail field, and external vendors.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1.Vendor & Work Order Management
Lead and oversee vendor selection, consolidation, transitions, and contract management and negotiation, and SLA adherence
Oversee vendor performance to SLA Adherence
Liaise with Territory Operations Managers to review work orders for service and supplies Facilitate and support the implementation of work order management systems and processes Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget and in accordance with service level agreements
Resolve issues to mitigate service interruptions

2.New Store Openings/Project Management
Lead the new store opening and handover processes from Store Construction to Operations and Facilities from AR to completion
Facilitate with cross-functional team leads to support the new store handover process and continuously improve processes
Ensure project budget and timelines are met
Communicate changing Nike needs timely and ensure solutions are provided by our vendor(s) Identify cost saving opportunities and develop ROI analysis to support investments
Ensure timely communication with responsible vendors and teams to ensure vendor contracts in place for store opening projects

3. Supplies
Own relationships with store supplies vendors and lead project implementations, manage performance, and resolve issues to mitigate service interruptions
Ensure service agreements are met
Communicate changing Nike needs timely and ensure solutions are provided by our vendor Understand the needs of our stores and work with our vendors to meet those needs Analyze usage and spend to advise and educate stores and field leaders
Define opportunities for savings and sustainable solutions

4. Educate
Educate stakeholders
Be an ambassador for the Retail Operations and Service Excellence team

  • Fluent in Spanish and English -Required
  • Portuguese speaking preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture, civil engineering or similar Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Facilities or Retail Operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & effectively manage multiple priorities
  • High flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity and new strategy / processes
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to challenge and be demanding of vendors while maintaining great relationships
  • Passion for process, people and service
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills
  • Demonstrate operational knowledge and commercial mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • MS-office skills
  • Project-management experience training/certification is preferred
