Nike, Inc. Retail Corporate is the backbone to stores around the world. A global network of teams — Finance, Human Resources, Talent Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Real Estate and Strategic Planning — direct the daily operations of and the hundreds of Nike Stores and Nike Factory Stores. As a Store Development Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of our upcoming store openings and refits. You’ll formulate, organize, and monitor multiple projects across EMEA.
Besides the control of deadlines, budgets and the quality of our store openings, you’ll be managing cross functional teams. Your excellent people management and communication skills will be key in being successful in this role.
You’ll use your technical skills, insights and experience to oversee complex project activities and make sure the deliverables are aligned with the company strategy.
Retail is a dynamic environment, working in this line of Business requires awareness of store environment and their impact on consumers. Your experience in Retail will therefore be highly appreciated.

  • BSc/ BA degree in Business administration or a relevant field; MSc/ MA is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impressive problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
  • Retail industry experience is preferred
  • Affinity with the brand
  • Willingness to travel, approx. 10%
