•Minimum 2 years relevant knitwear handling and programming experience.
•Bachelors degree or minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
•minimum m1+ basic, shima apex basic or equivalentknitwear cad system preferred.
•Project capacity: minimum 1 project per calendar year.
•category relationship: build a productive connection with the category team.
•understanding of asia: gain knowledge of program expectations from our asia partners.
•apply knowledge of footwear construction: gain competency and understanding of footwear manufacturing technology
•oversight needed: take direction on project work from programming and category leads
•Programming best practices: basic understanding.
•program quality: basic understanding of the requirements needed in a program released to asia and the impact of defects.
•machine handling best practices: basic understanding of best practices around machine set up and adjustments.
•have the ability to create a flyknit upper from concept to rfc with support from the team when needed.
•Travel up to 10% of the time.
