Nike Russia is looking for a Brand Manager NikeSportswear responsible for driving the NSW brand plans for the Russian market.

You will develop and execute strategies and programs that will maximize brand and sales goals, through the messages, experiences and channels that are meaningful to the consumer.
Your overall goal is to amplify the Nike Brand stories though the lense of culture, art and trends.


• As a NSW Brand Manager you will create local brand strategy or adopt, enrich and creatively execute/ support global category strategy within local market.
• You will develop and execute seasonal category marketing plans and consumer experiences.
• Additionally, you will identify local insights and opportunities for Nike to enrich overall marketing concept map.
• You will identify, grow, serve and engage with athletes, brand influencers and communities. Maximize the brand impact by making them an integral part of our seasonal marketing plans.
• Drive the go-to-market process; align on concept map prior to product sell-in sessions, monitor progress throughout the sell-in period, re-align on plans (go deeper) and drive executional efforts leading up to the product launch
• Work closely with the EMEA Category Brand team to ensure that local insights, challenges and opportunities are heard and considered.
• Inspire, lead and challenge the virtual team in which we operate to ensure benchmark execution across channels. Connect the dots, make sure our plans are truly integrated and aligned.
• Manage timelines and budget.

• 5+ years marketing and campaign experience including strategy, delivery and creative thinking/idea generation experience.
• Deep connection and understanding of the consumer, local/global trends and cultural insights.
• Experience of analyzing market place, consumer and trends (2 +years)
• Experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
• Strong verbal and written English and Russian communication skills
• Outstanding leadership and coaching skills to lead functional teams, large cross-functional projects portfolio.
• Practical experience of making public presentations (keynote and internal/public presentations)
• Strong understanding and insights into the digital social landscape
• Can think through the eyes of our NSW consumer with a clear sense of what is “on trend”.

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to work with athletes and influencers
• Be part of a fast-paced, high energy, talented team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.
