As an Apparel Innovation Project Manager, you will be a member of the Nike Explore Team(NXT) team with a focus on advanced innovation. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of one to many projects currently in flight. By partnering with Nike Innovation stakeholders, you will drive the delivery of critical solutions to support NIKE continued growth. You will have the opportunity to work alongside truly talented teams including multiple business partners, functions, and regions bringing them together to create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team. You will also collaborate on the establishment of department and project standards and tools and ensure consistent adoption across your projects.
- 3+ years managing projects of increasing size and budget.
- Experience in execution on projects with project teams on a global scale
- Demonstrate expertise in defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks.
- Successfully managed project risk, issue, communications, and other supporting plans.
- Experienced with MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Experience utilizing AirTable as a project management tool is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact at the needed levels in the organization
- Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services.
- Previous experience on NIKE projects is strongly preferred.
