As the Digital Experience Analytics Specialist, you will be at the heart of the Brazil Digital business and will inform and support stakeholders to make decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of our goals. You will deliver insights on how consumers navigate, engage and purchase from us, also you will analyze and understand our consumers from a demographics and behavioral perspective. With this information you will support an experience and lifetime optimization of consumer and their journey. You will be a permanent partner to most of the business-critical functions including Site Merchandisers, Media, Planning and UX. In summary, you will be key to the success of the business and a driver of well-informed decisions to our leaders.

This position requires a high-energy, organized and motivated person with strong knowledge of Digital and Retail experience analytics coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The right individual will be on top of Online retail trends as well as the evolution of Analytical tools and techniques. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and passionate about learning and teamwork.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree).

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience on Digital and Retail business reporting and analytics.

Strong capacity to identify trends and summarize findings to non-technical audiences. Past examples of using data to influence decision making will be required.

Clear knowledge of e-commerce main metrics and KPIs and how they are used to drive business goals.

Strong and demonstrable knowledge on Web Analytics and optimization tools both at a user level as well as experience in tagging implementation or management. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is highly regarded.

Database Marketing and customer intelligence experience including querying techniques as well as visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.

Solid understanding of latest trends in digital sales, marketing attribution and omnichannel analytics.
