-Job Title: Athlete & Retail Operations (ARO) Specialist
-Report to: Retail Ops & Store Construction Director
-Work Location: Seoul

In Nike Direct Store team, Athlete & Retail Operations Specialist is in charge of implementing/executing overall global retail operations programs and platforms and improving local process. ARO role pursues the retail operations excellence at FOH & BOH and it is ultimately to seek for the most efficient& optimized way so that store teams can obtain the maximized business result.

NIKE Athlete is our most valuable asset and ARO provides best working surroundings & motivation to NIKE athlete so that they can fully focus on our consumer.

Measurable Process

Implement standard processes, practices and tools to drive maximum operational efficiency

-Actively drive Measurable Process (New Store Opening, Stock Room organization, Product Receiving Excellence, Product Refill, Inventory Management, Service, CTM program,RFID)

Labor Optimization

-Implement labor optimization at Store by leveraging WFM (WorkForce Management)


Loss Prevention (LP)

Implement and maintain programs and platforms that create safe and profitable Stores, protecting people, profit and brand

-Crisis Management & Communication
-Safety
-Physical Security Standards


Technology Management

Maximize Consumer & Athlete experiences through Global Store System implementations enhancements and operational standards

-Technology/Device Management
-Open Issues Management


Procurement
-Asset procurement (Global vendor / Local vendor)

-Saving Cost

Athlete & Store communication

Provide motivation/NIKE information to store athlete

-MVP

-NIKE Challenges

Requirements

-Fluent English writing/verbal and communication skills

-Over 2years work experience in retail or related area.

-Multi-functional skills

-Strategic thinking, Office work skill
