-Job Title: Business System Analyst
-Report to: Tech Engineering Manager
-Work Location: Seoul
Analysis & Design
-Gather and document system requirements, assess stakeholder needs and issues, and document required processes for IT initiatives.
-Create and maintain context process and system diagrams, validate that the system design meets biz process requirements.
-Work with Nike Technical solution groups and vendors for designing and documenting functional and technical specs.
-Communicate project status to mgmt.
-Participate in software design, prototyping, construction and testing of new or enhanced applications
-Participate in development of project plan/timeline.
-Provide input to project mgmt.
-May lead small or medium size projects.
Testing & Transition
-Perform testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results.
-Track problems and bugs; revise documentation of system revisions and modifications, as needed.
-Support in training users on new or enhanced applications.
-Communicate and document system changes to biz.
-Translate system functionality into biz-relevant language.
-Minimum 4 years' experience as a Developer, Architect, Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Consultant, or similar position.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted) (will accept a three- or four-year bachelor's degree).
-Good communication skill and fluent English
-In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language.
-Project management, system implementation and integration experience.
-Expertise in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
-Knowledge and experience on SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
-Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
-Understanding in Relational Database SQL, database tools, Object Oriented Programming.
-Experience in development of APIs preferred.
-Familiarity with AWS Native Services including S3, Lamda and EC2 preferred.
-Development experience with Python preferred.
-Knowledge and use of POS, WMS, ERP, CRMor BI systems preferred.
-Application development experience with mobile environments (IOS or Android) preferred.
-Web Development experience preferred.
-Ability to see the “big picture” as well as work in the details
-Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and issues.
-Strong drive, initiative, accountability, enthusiasm and team player.
-Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various business systems and IT processes relating to requirements gathering, testing, change management, and overall project implementation.
