- Build Converse owned digital ecosystem through brand site and future Converse omni-channel strategy and execution
- Lead and drive day to day business operation for brand site and Wechat mini program to drive business result
- Work closely with cross functional team to enhance consumer experience from merchandising, UX, and CS perspective
- Devise and implement brand site and Wechat development strategies
- Work with global and upcoming brand site development and app strategy
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
10+ years of professional work experience in an international company and/large retailer, including 5+ years of work experience in Digital Commerce business functional areas including marketing, merchandising, operations, analytics or sales
Strategic thinking, drive the future, champion and embrace change
Manage matrix structure, ability to work with x-functional business partners
Previous experience working with a premium positioned brand and understanding tactics that can both build and potentially erode brand equity a plus
Solid project management and planning experience required
Exceptionally strong analytical skills & comfort with getting deep into the numbers. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & plan optimization
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including being able to create and deliver dynamic presentations on complex business issues
