Description

THE ROLE

To manage and deliver the CRM related campaigns and continuously keep optimization and monitor the performance.


Campaigns & operations

Manage and plan the CRM related campaigns aligned with digital team and interpret it into execution level.

Follow on the execution from preparation, assets creation, launch and report.

Work with agency to leverage Tmall databank during key moments to accurately target specific segments of customers and increase dci spending efficiency

Develop and provide the recap and insights on regular basis for campaigns

Financial and efficiency management:

Management and achievement of key KPIs of each campaign

Manage efficiently and effectively the budgeted fixed costs on campaigns with the alignment with Performance MKT

Analyze, explain deviations, and take corrective actions.

Cross functional communication

Liaise with internal different functions to align on the execution of campaign related activities.

Communicate with BZ team, Acxiom team for databank operation and optimization

Keep a sustaining relationship with various platforms including Alibaba, Wechat, etc to get the latest CRM related information.

Proactively monitor best practice of competitor and the industry as well as breakthrough digital-enabled new retail trends; Understand the application of these trends on CRM campaigns.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

At least 3 years of CRM experience in consumer goods sectors, ideally with fashion retail experience

Experienced in E-Commerce CRM and Social CRM highly preferred 

Able to build CRM capabilities from the ground up, working with multiple cross functional teams

Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
