To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

Description
Create and develop strategic service capabilities for account teams and customers. Strive for solutions that drive an improved customer experience and mutual profitability.
Technical solutions that impact order management and execution. In collaboration with relevant parties, define business requirements for IT
development.
Policies & Procedures that impact the Customer Service organization.
Access to information for greater efficiency and visibility.
Drive improvement in the acquisition and development of Customer Service talent. Document, analyze, and quantify performance and impact of
customer service processes.
Assess impact of key drivers that influence the processes and build simulation models based on service, cost, and process/system limitations. Develop and implement decision criteria for solution options based on results.
Create and manage a differentiated service model framework that specifies what services and service level commitments are offered to each
customer.

Requirements:

at least 5 years Customer Service related working experience
