About the Sales Go To Market Excellence team

The team leads/manages Go To Market process and gates in the process (SIM, KAPM, CSI) , which is a part of Category Game Plan, in collaboration with cross functional partners (Brand, MD). The team also supports the account team by elevating sell-in experience within the GTM process to maximize the Futures booking.

About the role

GTM Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of Digital GTM Process and respective gates in the process. Tasks include, setting up the venue for events in the process, preparing sell-in tools, providing technical support during the event, and placing orders for materials and services from vendors necessary for those events. In addition, the person in the role is required to liaise between various functions pertaining GTM-related administrative jobs and showroom management, which needs to be done in a timely and efficient manner.

To perform the role, the person is required to have through knowledge on the Sales sell-in process and the GTM process. S/he should be always trying to find the way to help the account team (including Brand and MD), and ready to take action. S/he is expected to be vocal in providing ideas to improve the process with the team, with an intention to add more value to the process and events.


1. Execute GTM-related admin tasks

2.  Support setting up venues for each Gate’s event

3. Set up sell-in tools including digital catalogue

4. Provide technical support at each event

5. Placing PO to vendors and manage them (e.g. CSI invitation letter, ordering food and drinks)

6. Support showroom-related admin tasks (Managing CSI invitee lists, meeting room management)

7. Communication and coordination with concerning functions

Category Game Planの一部であるGo To Marketプロセス及び各ゲート(SIM、KAPM、CSI)を、クロスファンクショナルパートナー(ブランド、マーチ)との協業により、リード/マネージ/実行する。GTMプロセスにおけるセルインエクスペリエンスをエレベートすることによって、アカウントチームをサポートし、受注の最大化を目指す。

About the role

GTM Excellence Coordinatorは、GTM Process及び各ゲートの実行を幅広くサポートする責任を担う。GTM Processがプランされたスケジュール及びアジェンダ通りに実行されるよう、各ゲートの会場のセットアップサポート、各セルインツールの準備、イベントにおけるテクニカルサポート、ベンダーへの必要なサポート及び資材等の発注を行う。また、GTM関連アドミン業務全般及びショールーム管理における関連各部との窓口となり、タイムリーに適切なコミュニケーションを行うことが求められる。

上述の責任及び役割を全うする為、Salesの受注活動及びGTM Processについて精通する必要がある。アカウントチーム(ブランド、マーチを含む)をサポートする為に何をすべきかを常に考え、プロアクティブに実行に移す姿勢が求められる。Teamの一員としてProcess改善に向けての提言を積極的に行い、より価値のあるプロセス、イベントの実行を目指す。

7. 関連各部とのコミュニケーション、調整


1.Minimum high school degree, preferably university degree

2. 3+ years of administrative work experience preferred, event management experience is also appreciated.

3. Native level Japanese communication skills required

4.  English skill to handle e-mail communications preferred, conversation skills are much appreciated

5.    PC Skill and Knowledge (Mid-level Excel, Word and others)

6.  Ability to work as a team 


1. 高卒以上、大卒が望ましい

2. 事務職での就業経験(3年以上、イベント業務経験があれば尚良い)

3. ネイティブな日本語でのコミュニケーション能力要

4. メールレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力が望ましい、会話力があれば尚良い

5.  PCスキル(Excel中級及びWordなど)

6.    チームワーカー (チームサポートの為に何をすべきか考え、積極的に行動できる方)
