The Global Women’s Brand Management Team is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans global plans that serve the brand and business. Our goal is to know & serve inspiration, innovation and enablement to unlock the power of sport for every athlete*. 

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for an Experienced Brand Expert to join our Women’s Sports and Athletes Team. To Be considered for this role, you will love and obsess women’s sport, with a specific focus on soccer and basketball. You will be able to successfully navigate the Nike matrix with strong cross-functional relationships and innovative thinking. The candidate should be a motivated and leader who is thoughtful, proactive, and collaborative. 

What you will work on

If this is you, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Obsessing the Women’s Sport Consumer, with a specific focus on basketball, football (soccer), tennis and golf. 
  • Understanding the Consumer at a deep level. Their motivations, passions and connectivity to sport to inspire aspirational storytelling and concepts.
  • Leading a cross functional marketing team to inspire world class storytelling and consumer journeys taking the brand and consumer somewhere new. 
  • Leading Seasonal Marketing Plans that position Nike as the top sports brand in women’s sports. 
  • Partner with Sports Marketing to elevate athlete storytelling and athlete integration across the organization.  
  • Deliver Long-Term Consumer Concepts. 
  • Develop & Deliver Seasonal Storytelling (worldwide).
  • Deliver long term athlete brand plans across multiple fops and moments. 
  • Collaborate and partner with a highly capable, diverse and world-class, multi-disciplinary marketing team

Who you will work with

You will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Management, Women’s Sport and Athletes. You will work closely with Global and Geo Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Business Teams to ensure that strategy and resources serve the brand and business. 

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sport/Fitness or combination of relevant education, experience and training.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races
  • Experience managing a team of high-performers through fast-paced change and ambiguity.
  • Experience influencing leadership, teams and functional counterparts to get results in a balanced way.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including: meeting facilitation and presentation
  • Expertise for Women’s Sport 
  • Ability to travel (up to) 20%
