Born with a brittle bone condition called ‘Osteogenesis Imperfecta’ he quickly learned how to adapt to each challenge to not just survive but to thrive. A love of sport came early in his life which led him to wheelchair racing.

He quickly became the fastest wheelchair sprinter in the United States eventually representing his country in Track and Field. Sport and physical challenges taught Davis that any obstacle can be overcome with dedication, confidence and a will to succeed which he now implements into his leadership role within Nike. He has a singular focus on ensuring that Nike has the right level of observability into our systems ensuring consumers will always have access to products through our digital channels.
