WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a Technology Director with solid experience in Data & Analytics to lead operations and product support for Enterprise Data & Analytics. Data and Analytics is a critical part of our strategy at Nike and we are looking for a leader who can manage a team and complex partnerships to bring stability and operational excellence to the products we develop. You should have solid experience in operations/production support, data and analytics engineering and experience working with product teams in an agile delivery model.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
This person build and develop teams and relationships with our internal and external development teams and operations partners located at WHQ and India. You will need to demonstrate your prior experience, knowledge of industry trends, and dev ops to define operational excellence for our organization. You’ll craft and cultivate an environment that values and promotes autonomy, skill mastery, empowerment, transparency, innovation and continuous improvement.

Who will you work with
You will work closely with the analytics delivery teams to sustain and enrich the capabilities being deployed in support of Nike strategy. Your experience and partnership with the broader Data and Analytics teams at Nike will help you prioritize and guide the work of the teams.

What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience
• Experience working with big data in MPP architecture
• Experience building or supporting solutions using data and platform services
• Solid understanding of data structures and BI tools
• Deep knowledge and experience with a diversity of tools and platforms
• Strong problem solving and analytical approach
• Able to influence and communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with team members and business partners
• Experience resolving end-to-end issues with higher levels of management
