As we accelerate our offense, we need a Director of International to join us! We are looking for a high potential individual who is results-oriented and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate has a passion for developing consumer-centric strategies and commercial experiences across a diverse breadth of 25 International markets (including Canada, Australia, India, Middle East, South Africa, Russia, Israel, Switzerland, etc). You will have a background in e-commerce and are an innovative problem solver. You are data driven and consumer obsessed, and able to seamlessly move between forward thinking and tactical implementation.What you will work on
You will support our ambitious strategic objectives in partnership with the Global Flagship team by driving our Digital Experience in International markets. You will obsess key consumer journeys across our country portfolio, benchmark best in class experiences and work to remove friction in the experience by proposing a set of consumer-facing actions. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of functional partners across multiple geographies to set the long-term vision, and lead the business. You will manage our external partnerships with service providers to deliver the end-to-end digital experience in International markets. You will play a critical role in achieving Nike’s ambition of 50% Digital sales by 2025.Who you will work with
This is the Nike matrix: You will report to the Senior Director, Nike Direct Digital Commerce. You will work closely with the broader Flagship Team and a number of key-cross functional partners including, Nike Digital Product, Technology, Legal, Customs, Tax, Finance, Digital Operations, Supply Chain, and Geo Platform Teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in business
- Min. 5-10 years experience in Strategy or in Digital industry
- Solid project management skills with an ability to accurately prioritize and manage trade-offs for delivery of existing projects while concurrently planning future projects
- Data driven and consumer obsessed
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- An ability to work and learn independently and collaboratively on complementary teams
