Who We Are Looking For :

As a Program Manager in the North American Supply Chain, we need you to drive, measure, and govern North America Supply Chain projects to optimally deliver against Strategic Plans. You will drive strategy deployment and program management activities in support of NASC. You will ensure that our projects and programs deliver the intended value to our consumers and business partners.

What You will Work On:
  • Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated capabilities,
  • Drive strategy deployment and adoption of system and operational process improvements in partnership with x-functional teams and Business stakeholders.
  • Own project/program research, planning (scope, schedule and budget), requirements and process development, status reporting, communications, transition management, budget and deliverable management, dependency mapping and resource management.
  • Identify and actively handle issues and risks, evaluate solutions, develop contingency plans, and influence Senior Leadership and the business as vital to support needs of the project/program.
  • Support and prepare Portfolio Review Board and SteerCo reports, decks, agendas and content.
  • Partner with Technology on delivering the projects and programs.
  • Partner with Business on projects/programs, requirements, change requests, and deployment and adoption of the project/program.
  • Partner with Portfolio team to maintain accuracy of the Portfolio data.
  • Apply project/program and transition management standardized principles and tools and continuously improve methodologies and tools in alignment with PMO.
  • Build strong people networks (internal/external) to identify & optimize capability delivery, share best practices and drive teamwork.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to deliver innovative solutions and, where relevant, initiate, drive and implement solutions.
  • Ensure capabilities are executed in support of meeting functional performance targets.
What you will Bring :
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience.
  • Extensive experience in project/program management in Supply Chain, Store Development, Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, or other related functions.
  • Thinks strategically and process oriented.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Technology preferred.
  • Omni-channel thinking.
  • Ability to lead/influence and communicate at the executive level.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to optimally communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment, and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
