About Partner GTM – Global Jordan Brand Marketplace

The Jordan Brand Global Partner GTM exists to serve the Geo MPUs as the conduit / pivot from Global to Geo to prepare, educate, and deliver seasonless readiness with outstanding commercial strategies and execution. This team helps bring to life our vision of Grow the Future of Basketball Culture by serving MPUs with new way of working to drive next-gen selling tools and a simplified process and approach for our team.

About the Role

The Manager of Global Jordan Partner GTM will work closely with Global Jordan brand x-function team, as well as Nike Partner GTM Excellence team to support the delivery of digital sell-in tools for the Jordan brand’s seasonal success.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop the CODE process delivery with X-function and communications for our global partners with Nike Brand.
  • Deliver seasonal readiness from Global to Geography; toolkits, digital tools, mtg standard methodologies , and next-gen tool creation/development partnership with Nike Global GTM team.
  • Partnership with Nike Global GTM team to create and align a new GTM approach for our Geography and Partners by driving speed, consistency, and efficiency while creating and developing tools and processes of the future.
  • Code process development and deployment partnership with x-function/consumer team (Jordan M/W/K) in global, Jordan team.

You are comfortable, and perhaps even enjoy, working with x-functional teammate. You have the ability to see the big picture and the personality to roll up your sleeves and to do the work. Similarly, you have experience building momentum and aligning multiple constituencies within organizations.

Qualifications

We seek an experienced manager with very strong, quantitative foresight, and passion for building digital tools. We are seeking someone with a proven track record with persuading and influence people to take desired action.

We need someone with strong communications skills, including the abilities to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and handle and resolve conflict. Background and skills to lead sophisticated initiatives from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is able to develop and maintain fair and open relationship at all levels.

Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
  • Outstanding networking, relationship building and partner leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to communicate and to achieve results across multiple audiences in complex organizational structure.
  • Proficient in Keynote/PowerPoint/MS Word Suite.
