We’re looking for a Global Jordan Store Marketing Director responsible for leading the vision and strategy of the Jordan Brand across Jordan monobrand stores and Nike integrated store offense!
This role is responsible for leading a team that focuses on end to end retail with a sharp point on Jordan Concept store format evolution as well as seasonal strategy that fuels the store formats. This role will deliver on the future of O2O consumer journeys and store capabilities.
This candidate will have a background in marketing and in retail, have analytical acumen along with a deep understanding of marketing products and services within physical retail environments. The role requires a consumer centric approach to deliver strategy and retail ready direction. The candidate also posses digital acumen when making decisions connected to the Jordan digital ecosystem. The role requires critical and analytical thinking, creativity and collaboration across all Global and geography partners.
This role will lead and develop a team that delivers on Brand Marketing strategy and evolution of Jordan stores, including growth within Nike store formats! The role will enable O2O marketing plans focused on consumer journeys that prioritize Brand initiatives across the store fleet. The work will be grounded in insights and learnings to inform briefs and plans centered on key KPI’s, including traffic, engagement and conversion.
The role will be instrumental in developing new capabilities tied to the Digital ecosystem, enabling new methods of consumer engagement.

This role will report to the Global Jordan Sr. Marketing Director and will work cross functionally across Jordan/Nike Global and Geography partners. The role will work with Jordan/Nike Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing and Creative teams, owning store strategy and direction - from ideation to marketplace handover. 
The role will work closely with key Jordan partners to create direction that serves the best of the Jordan Brand in the Global marketplace, leading with Jordan stores tied to the Jordan Brand digital ecosystem, enabling O2O consumer journeys.
Also work closely with Nike store teams to stay informed and aligned on Nike Store format updates, providing Jordan Brand direction.

•    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
•    Minimum 6-8 years management experience in marketing, preferably in retail marketing.
•    Passionate about Marketing and Retail.
•    Able to lead a team, providing direction and level of accountability in order to grow and develop talent.
•    Crafts strategic and detailed plans that are easy for geo teams to implement; everything from Test and Learn to New Store Openings, as well as Daily and Seasonal Marketing
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior leadership
•    Outstanding leadership and coaching skills to lead functional teams and large cross-functional projects 
•    Proactive, accountable & goal-oriented, turning strategy into action, leading multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines.
•    Ability to understand challenges or underlying opportunities, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management 
•    Adapts quickly to move at the pace of our consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making quality decisions and shifts as needed
