NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Will drive architecture and design patterns to provide consumer insights in Beaverton, OR. Will lead innovation in driving the data and analytics platform and frameworks in the cloud. Will embrace new software development and deployment technology and tools and deliver solutions using agile methodology. Will evangelize and cultivate adoption of an analytics platform, open source software and DevOps principles. Will meet high demands of fast and flexible, self-service analytics on high volume and high velocity data. Will lead the next generation of big data analytics platform in the cloud, with emphasis on automation and scale. Will work and lead data engineers and system engineers to build innovative data products and insights. Will serve as a key contributor to overall architecture, framework and design of business intelligence and analytics environments. Will assist the engineering group to shift the paradigm from traditional and relational business intelligence to big data and NoSQL ecosystem in the cloud. Will develop, create, and modify computer applications software. Will analyze user need and develop software solutions, Will design software and customize software for use with the AIM of optimizing operational efficiency. Will work with SQL and relational database engineering including using oracle, SQL server, and Teradata. Will provide expert-level SQL abilities to develop solutions. Will develop information technology solutions with scripting language, including shell and python. Will develop solutions in snowflake. Will develop software using JAVA/JAVA script. Will Automate using tools airflow and autosys. Will use version control for source code (GIT). Will build solutions with data visualization and reporting tools, including Tableau, and Cognos. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering. Experience: seven years of overall progressive experience in information technology. Skills/Requirements:  4 years of experience: (1) Hadoop; (2) database programming, including PL/ SQL; (3) databases, including Oracle, DB2, SQL, and My SQL; (4) Java/J2EE; (5) cloud based solutions, including Amazon Web Services or Azure. This experience must also include two years of experience in (6) Python; (7) data engineering; (8) deploying with continuous integration and continuous deployment using Jenkins and Circle CI; (9) Spark programming; and (10) Cloud data warehouse using snowflake.
