NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Will create product and brand demand through utilizing an understanding of global and regional consumer needs.  This position is located in Beaverton, OR. Will develop and implement the complete marketing plan for a product line. Will be responsible for developing programs that maximize the brand’s awareness and sales through messages and media that are meaningful to consumers across every touchpoint, including communications, influencer, digital, retail and experiential channels. Will develop, direct, and coordinate the complete marketing plan that drives brand strategies. Will create brand plans and multi-year category strategy. Will lead the communication of the brand plan with all territories and will lead execution of these plans in partnership with the global team for key territories. Will transform the marketing global strategy and direction into category and seasonal go to market execution. Will manage a budget for all category marketing executions. Will drive the annual concept map. Will lead the category and seasonal event execution and evaluation. Will maintain close relationships with key consumer groups, sports marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, and field representatives. Will enter insights into the overall brand strategy. Will lead the development of strategic marketing plans and briefs. Will have one to three direct subordinates. Will engage in 30 percent or less domestic and international travel. 
Experience: Eight years of overall progressive experience in brand marketing. Skills/Requirements:  4 years of experience: (1) developing market strategy; (2) go to market process management; (3) turning marketing strategy into marketing execution through developing plans that attract consumers; (4) budget and marketing operation management; (5) collaborating with teammates in a global operating environment; (6) managing an end-to-end marketing process, including coordinating across a wide range of functional teams; and (7) managing and developing a team of junior developers.
