Product Manager – Nike, Inc. Beaverton, OR. Represent the product organization in the execution of elements of the product roadmap, working with resources across the organization. Mine and analyzes data to determine features performance and improvements. Develop and maintain product features and apply strategy in developing proposals and executing changes. Align and gather business requirements across all geographies and Nike business models. Provide direct insight and direction to technical partners to ensure business requirements are translated appropriately in a digital environment and experience. Use best practices and data of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Interpret customer needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard requests. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems and five (5) year of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include the following:

1.    Roadmap creation;

2.    Product backlog management;

3.    Product strategy and product management;

4.    Gap analysis;

5.    Defining and gathering business requirements;

6.    Project delivery and timeline commitment;

7.    Team resources deployment;

8.    Product vision and solutions;

9.    Go-to-market strategy development;

10.  Building detailed business cases;

11.  Product metrics and analysis; and

12.  A/B testing.
