We are in full growth mode and as the Talent Acquisition team, we are sourcing and recruiting top and diverse Talent in supply chain: Specialists, Analysts, Team Leaders and Managers (planning, transportation, customs, warehousing, general services, strategy, business development and support functions) in collaboration with the hiring managers.
As a Talent Acquisition intern, you’ll be working in a fast paced and inspirational environment, where you’ll support a team of recruiters and help them to find the right candidates for the right jobs within the organization. You get to assess our selection process and seek for improvement ideas. Your main responsibility throughout the internship will be leading our Ignite internship program, which will include coordination of the selection process, organizing workshops and onboarding of the new students. The entire recruitment process from writing job descriptions, taking part in our assessment centers and finally interviewing will become familiar to you and you’ll get to participate and take responsibility in every stage. You’ll be mentored by one of our recruiters who will guarantee your personal and professional development!

The internship is unpaid, but you can count on the reimbursement of your transportation costs as well as access to our Nike Retail Store. - You are currently following a bachelor's or master's degree program. During your education you have built some affinity with HR, psychology, personnel work, communication or talent acquisition.
- Taking initiative, being curious and team spirited describe you as a person.
- You’re a multitasker who is not afraid to set the right priorities within the responsibilities you have.
- Energetic communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential, Dutch is a plus. And the Office package holds no secrets for you.
2. We're excited to meet you! In this round, you'll take a set of tests, be interviewed digitally or via phone and finally have a face-to-face conversation with the Talent Acquisition Team.
