Description

As Sr. NRG Product Line Manager, Entertainment you'll be responsible for managing the product co-creation process, promo and retail, brief to launch. You will work directly with external entertainers, influencers and collaborators and will represent the Nike brand.


You’ll be a vital link between Entertainer, Nike Design, Nike Tech Design, Entertainer Marketing, Footwear, Equipment and Product Creation Centers in Asia and locally. You'll ensure key dates and gates in the calendar are met by the product creation team. You'll propose and draft the line plan for a complete product line.


You'll lead the approval process for materials, fit and prototype sign off. You'll direct the regional/global agreement of the product attributes, costing, sourcing, delivery and pricing needs of consumers, key markets and channels. You'll be responsible for sharing information to ensure integration between Footwear, Apparel and Equipment. This role requires flexibility for late planned and extended international travel. 



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Merchandising or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product-related role. Previous apparel experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and encourage a team of people to achieve a common goal.
  • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships and trust with external partners.
  • Advance independent problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable saying “No” to super cool/powerful people.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced understanding of the Nike product creation process.
  • Knowledge and passion around the Energy consumer.
  • Ability to share expertise and mentor others.
  • Ability to Travel internationally for extended periods on short notice, up to 35%.
