Description
Nike’s Global Brand Imaging (GBI) provides compelling product imagery and copy that elevates the Nike brand vision. As part of our evolution, GBI has opened its flagship North American photography and video studio near Culver City, California. The GBI Photo Studio is seeking a Creative Operations Producer to support the implementation of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from line planning through to retail and ecommerce implementation. You’ll work on a team that forecasts and prepares inbound product for photography and/or video. You will provide real-time inbound and batch reporting to inform photo crew booking teams. You must understand Photo Studio production and/or the intensity of a high volume, e-commerce retail environment, so that you can coordinate effectively and drive continuous process improvements. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, enjoy coordinating and overseeing processes to completion, exceptionally organized, collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage product image creation process; from line plan overseeing, preseason forecasting, product workflow for production, to delivery and ultimately post-season recapping
• Lead and work cross functionally with studio team on special projects
• Coordinate photo production process through cross collaboration with Inbound/Outbound, Photography and Post Production teams
• Use IT systems to evaluate performance, coordinate and plan production for product photography
• Collaborate with production teams to determine schedule of daily merchandising tasks and required preparation for each shoot
• Track product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems
• Extract, compile, and deliver data for reporting purposes, lead Creative Operations Seasonal Recaps
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure merchandise and assets meet compliance standards
• Partner with various members of the studio team as needed to facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to set
• Partner with production partners to ensure timely delivery of work based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), timelines
• Set and maintain production priorities during the day, week and season based on changing business needs
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reducing training time, improve comprehension, and ensure compliance
• Proactively identify, communicate, and solve any issues that arise throughout the production process
• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned


Qualifications
• 3+ years working experience in Photo Studio production or a high-volume e-commerce or retail environment, successfully delivering results in a project management/production capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or related field; or 2 years additional experience (5 years total) in lieu of a degree
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills required
• Previous experience with project management in an e-commerce environment
• Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group or people
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to work as needed, including the occasional weekend, to meet peak demands in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
