Mission:


Carry NIKE’s passion for sports and enhance NIKE’s product leadership position on the Retail Sell-ing Floor through consistent and timely education of the Store athletes.

To be the eyes and ears of NIKE in the marketplace. To gather market information and deliver it back to NIKE.


Responsabiliites


TRAINING AND EDUCATION: Create and execute dynamic educational clinics and EKIN activities covering Nike footwear, apparel and equipment; create and implement education plans through effective use of EKIN samples, seeding, product trials, training tools and collateral, EKIN livestream, BNX and SKU.

BRAND IMPACT: Cultivate and maintain connections to local cultural influencers, store athletes, and consumers. Develop a keen eye and ear for trends within the sports, fashion, and popular culture industries. Able to package and report insights and feedback that will directly influence brand initiatives and activations.

GEO INTERACTION: Align closely with Geo EKIN team to determine seasonal category priorities. Plan and execute EKIN clinics, ambassador programs, in-store clinics and livestream; serve as territory lead for Ambassador programs; report feedback and updates on a regular basis with Geo EKIN team and Geo EKIN Manager.

TERRITORY INTERACTION: Work with territory cross-functional teams to participate in determining marketplace priorities; manage account list in partnership with territory EKIN manager, while providing relevant market information based on a determined number of doors within the marketplace.

MARKETING EVENTS AND CONSUMER INTERACTION: Provide support to Nike sponsored events such as Expos, Sport marketing events, Sporting events, etc; maintain connection with Nike consumer via on-floor selling opportunities and supportive grassroots events.


Requierements:


  • 1 or 2 years in Retail, Marketing or Training
  • Ease of public speaking and very good communications skills
  • Translate communication materials
  • Work well with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adopt strategies to local market
  • Experience working with event vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Sports passion
